End User License Agreement
Last updated November 1, 2026
Please read this before you use our Service.
You’re getting a license, not buying the Service outright. You can use it under these terms; you don’t own it or any of the items that you can collect and use within it. We can suspend or end that license, and we can change or shut down the Service or its online features, as explained below. This is true even if a store says “buy” or “purchase.”
Disputes. If you live in the United States, the section titled Disputesrequires individual arbitration and gives up class actions and jury trials, with 30 days to opt out. If you’re a consumer outside the US, you keep your local courts and consumer rights instead.
Your legal rights still apply.Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live that can’t be waived.
This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a contract between you and Twisted Candies LLC (“Twisted Candies LLC,” “we,” or “us”). It covers your use of the game Prism TCG and the website https://prismtcg.gg (collectively the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to it. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
1.How this works
If a feature this Agreement describes isn’t in the Service, or in the version you’re using, the part about that feature doesn’t apply to you.
If your local consumer-protection law gives you rights that can’t be waived, those rights come first, then the Regional Supplements at the end, then the rest of this Agreement.
1.1. Changes. We may update this Agreement. If a change materially affects your rights, we’ll ask you to accept the update before you keep using the affected part of the Service; if you don’t accept, we’ll let you keep using anything you already bought under the old terms, or refund it. A change to the Disputes section gives you a fresh 30-day opt-out.
2.Your license
We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. You can’t rent, sell, share, or sublicense it, and you can’t copy, reverse-engineer, or modify it except where the law allows or an open-source component permits.
3.It’s a license, not a purchase
What you get (the game, cards or other virtual items) is licensed to you, not sold, even where a store uses the words “buy,” “purchase,” or “own.” We can suspend or revoke that license, and change or discontinue the Service or its online features, as described below. If a game can be played offline, losing your license or the online features may still limit or end your ability to play.
4.Age
The Service isn’t for children under 13, and you can’t create an account or buy anything if you’re under 13. If you’re a minor where you live, you can use the Service only with a parent or guardian who sets up and controls the account and accepts this Agreement for you. Parents are responsible for supervising kids, including purchases and online features. Games carry age ratings like ESRB or PEGI. Follow the rating for your region.
5.Your account
Some features need an account. You can create one only if you’re old enough, or through a parent or guardian. Keep your account information accurate and your login secure, and tell us right away at support@prismtcg.ggif someone uses your account without permission. You’re responsible for what happens on your account. Don’t buy, sell, or trade accounts. We can make you change a username that impersonates someone, infringes a third party’s rights, or breaks community standards.
6.Online play
For a product with online or multiplayer features, you’ll need your own internet, hardware, and any platform account. Because online features depend on networks and third parties, they might not always be available, and they can change or end. When you use the Service, you may interact with other players. While players can’t communicate directly with one another, you may see other player’s display names or deck names while in-game.
7.Purchases and virtual items
We may offer virtual items or currency (“Virtual Items”). They’re licensed, not owned, and have no real-world value. You can’t sell or trade them for real money outside the Service. This doesn’t affect any right you have under law that can’t be waived. Only cosmetics are available for purchase, and their fixed price will be displayed before purchase. Cards, packs, in-game currencies, and other items that affect player progression and power cannot be purchased and are only earned in-game and through other methods beyond paying for them.
Refunds may be available as described on the Service or through your platform. You may request a refund by contacting support@prismtcg.gg. Refunds are available only for 14 days after purchase.
8.Streaming and videos
Feel free to make and share videos, streams, and screenshots of the Service, and to monetize them through normal platform features. Just credit us, follow this Agreement and the law, don’t imply we endorse you, and don’t include others’ content you’re not allowed to use. We can withdraw this permission on notice.
9.Updates and changes
The Service is live and evolving. We may update, change, or discontinue the Service or any part of it (including online features and servers) at any time, with or without notice, except where the law says otherwise. Discontinuing a game or its online features can mean losing access to related items and progress. We aren’t liable for changes or shutdowns except as stated in Warranties and liability. For consumers in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, Supplement A may require notice, a refund, or other remedies first; for Australia, see Supplement B.
10.Our intellectual property
The Service is owned by or licensed to Twisted Candies LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Don’t use our trademarks or content except as this Agreement allows.
If you think content on the Service infringes your copyright, email support@prismtcg.gg.
11.Suspending or ending access
We can suspend or end your access, including your account, if you break this Agreement, our community standards, or the law, or to protect the Service or other users. Unless we need to act immediately, we’ll be proportionate and give notice where practical, and you can appeal at support@prismtcg.gg. If we end your access for breaking the rules, delete your copies of the Service; we don’t owe a refund unless the law or the Regional Supplements requires one. The parts of this Agreement meant to survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and disputes) survive.
12.Privacy and communications
What we collect and how we use it is in our Privacy Policy at https://prismtcg.gg/privacy. Agreeing to this Agreement isn’t your consent to data processing, which the Privacy Policy handles separately. You may get service messages; we’ll send marketing only where the law allows and, where required, with your opt-in, and every marketing message has a way to opt out. We can disclose information where the law requires.
13.AI
Unless the law says otherwise, you may not use the Service or its content to train or develop AI or machine-learning models without our written permission. We reserve our rights, including against text-and-data mining.
14.Warranties and liability
14.1. Your rights first.Nothing here excludes any right or remedy you have that can’t be excluded under the law where you live, including mandatory consumer guarantees, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for gross negligence, recklessness, or willful misconduct.
SUBJECT TO THE ABOVE, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” AND TWISTED CANDIES LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
14.2. Limits.TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, TWISTED CANDIES LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, OR DATA. WHERE LIABILITY CAN BE LIMITED BUT NOT EXCLUDED, TWISTED CANDIES LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF WHAT YOU PAID FOR THE RELEVANT PART OF THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100. THIS CAP DOES NOT APPLY TO THE LIABILITY DESCRIBED JUST ABOVE OR TO ANYTHING THE LAW WILL NOT LET US CAP.
15.If you’re a consumer outside the US
If you’re a consumer in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, Australia, or another place with consumer-protection law that can’t be waived, you keep those rights, and the practical refund route for most purchases is your platform’s policy. Region-specific terms are in the Regional Supplements below.
16.Disputes
This section applies if you live in the United States, and to non-consumers outside the US to the extent the law allows. If you’re a consumer outside the US, the section above and your local courts apply instead. First, let’s try to resolve it informally: email your claim to support@prismtcg.ggand we’ll try for 60 days.
THIS SECTION REQUIRES INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND WAIVES CLASS ACTIONS AND JURY TRIALS. PLEASE READ IT.
If we can’t resolve it, any claim relating to the Service will be decided by binding individual arbitration, not in court. You can still use small-claims court, and either of us can go to court for intellectual-property misuse or for theft, piracy, privacy, or unauthorized use. The Federal Arbitration Act applies.
YOU AND TWISTED CANDIES LLC AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS ONLY INDIVIDUALLY, NOT AS A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, AND NOT JOINED WITH ANY OTHER.
Arbitration is run by the AAA under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and, where they apply, its Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules (at adr.org). We pay the filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees for consumer arbitrations, and we won’t seek our attorneys’ fees from you as a consumer unless a claim is found frivolous. For claims of USD $25,000 or less you can choose phone, video, or written proceedings; any in-person hearing is where you live or in Sheridan, WY, your choice. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting it by emailing support@prismtcg.gg.
Where the AAA Mass Arbitration Rules apply to many similar claims, they govern how those are handled. If a court strikes the coordinated-arbitration or class-action-waiver terms for a group of claims, those claims may proceed in court. If any part of this section is unenforceable, the rest still applies, and a request for public injunctive relief may proceed in court.
17.Governing law
For US users, and non-consumers routed here, this Agreement is governed by the law of Wyoming. Except for small-claims and arbitration, the courts in Sheridan, WY have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory local venue right.
18.Export
You’ll follow US and local export laws, and you confirm you’re not in an embargoed country or on a US restricted-parties list.
19.Online safety and accessibility
We work to improve accessibility in line with applicable law, including the European Accessibility Act. For accessibility questions, contact support@prismtcg.gg.
20.Other terms
We can revise this Agreement as described above. We’re not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control. This Agreement doesn’t create a partnership. We can assign it (for example, in a sale of the business) as long as it doesn’t reduce your rights; you can’t assign it without our consent. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a term isn’t a waiver. We can seek injunctive relief for a breach that harms us. You’ll cover third-party claims caused by your breach, your violation of law, or your infringement of others’ rights (if you’re a consumer, only for your unlawful conduct or your infringement of a third party’s rights), except where we’re at fault, and we’ll let you control the defense of money-only claims. This Agreement, plus anything it incorporates, is the whole agreement about the Service.
21.Regional Supplements
These apply to consumers in the regions named and override conflicting terms for them. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you.
Supplement A: EEA, UK, and Switzerland
If you’re a consumer in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland: you have statutory rights to content that matches its description, is of satisfactory quality, and is fit for purpose, plus the legal guarantee. These rights come first. The “as is,” “no refund,” and USD $100 cap terms don’t apply where they would limit those rights, and we stay liable for foreseeable loss from our breach and for anything the law won’t let us exclude (like death or injury from negligence, or fraud). For direct purchases you have a 14-day right to withdraw, which ends once a download starts if you agreed to that and were told you’d lose the right (confirmed on a durable medium, meaning a lasting record you can keep, like an email or PDF). For platform purchases, the platform’s refund process applies. If we discontinue paid content in a way that more than minimally affects you, we’ll give reasonable advance notice on a durable medium and, where the law requires, a refund or price reduction. You keep your local courts and law.
Supplement B: Australia
If you’re a consumer in Australia: our goods and services come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure you can cancel and get a refund, or keep it and get compensation for the drop in value, plus compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss; for a non-major failure we’ll fix it in a reasonable time, or you can cancel and be refunded for the unused part. Nothing here excludes those guarantees. Where the law lets us limit liability, and not for things normally bought for personal use, our liability is limited to resupplying the content or paying the cost of resupply. The “as is,” “no refund,” arbitration, class-action-waiver, and cap terms don’t apply where they would limit your ACL rights, and you keep your local courts.
